Payment Options

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and our automatic monthly payment option for our Pet Health Club members only..

Appointment & Scheduling Policies

Our goal at Western Veterinary Clinic is to provide the best quality care for each pet in a timely manner. The demand for appointments is very high and we recognize that everyone’s time is valuable. We have the following policies in effect to help provide that care to your pet(s) efficiently.

A missed appointment is when you fail to show up to a scheduled appointment without a phone call, or cancel without at least 24-hour notice.

We strive to see you and your pet(s) on time for their scheduled appointments, and ask that you give us the courtesy of a call when you are unable to keep your appointment.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please contact us at 574-234-3098 at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. This includes all regularly scheduled appointments, Drop offs, Surgical / Dental procedures, and grooming appointments. If you do not show for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, it will be noted as a “No-show”. If a client has more than 2 “No-show” appointments there will be a deposit required to schedule appointments in the future. (The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24-hours notice).

Late Arrivals:

A late appointment is when someone is 15 minutes or more late to the scheduled appointment. In these cases, we will ask that the appointment be rescheduled.

New Client and New Patient Scheduling:

Any New clients that join WVC will have a deposit put on their account prior to scheduling to hold the appointment spot. This deposit will go towards your first visit. (The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice).
